Prior to that, as Talent Acquisition Manager, Morgan played a critical role in aligning talent strategies with business goals, further strengthening the company’s workforce.
Before joining ADB, Morgan honed her recruiting expertise at Dollar General as a Talent Acquisition Representative, where she managed full-cycle recruitment and streamlined hiring processes to meet organizational needs. She also contributed to HR operations as an HR Data Management Specialist at Compass Health Network, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in personnel data management.
In addition to her corporate roles, Morgan is the Co-Founder of the Rob Parkhurst Memorial Foundation, where she has demonstrated her commitment to community service and leadership for nearly 13 years.
