Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – May 2025 — Mukilan TM has taken on the new role of Director – Category Management at Brick & Bolt, a leading tech-enabled construction company redefining the future of residential and commercial construction across India. In his new capacity, Mukilan will be instrumental in shaping category growth, streamlining vendor partnerships, and enhancing overall operational efficiency across the company’s rapidly expanding project portfolio.
Before this appointment, Mukilan served as Associate Director – Founder’s Office at Brick & Bolt, where he worked closely with the leadership team on business strategy and operational initiatives, contributing significantly to the company’s growth trajectory over the past year.
Previously, he held the position of Associate Director – Growth, Offline Business at Unacademy, where he led growth strategies and business development for the offline education vertical, driving category performance and market expansion.
Mukilan also brings valuable experience from Ola, where he served as Senior Manager – Revenue, Category & Growth, and earlier as Manager – Revenue & Category. Over nearly two years, he drove growth hacking strategies, P&L management, and category performance enhancements for one of India’s most recognized mobility brands.
Earlier in his career, Mukilan worked at Levers for Change Consulting Practice, where he held roles including Engagement Manager and Associate Consultant. He delivered strategic consulting solutions in sales and operations planning, retail sales strategy, and supply chain management.
