Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Mukul Mathur has taken on the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Rays Power Infra Limited, bringing over two decades of strategic HR expertise to the company. Mukul will lead Rays Power Infra’s HR initiatives to cultivate an agile, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with the company’s vision of driving a clean energy revolution.
Mukul joins Rays Power Infra Limited after serving as Group Vice President – HR at VRKP Group in Bengaluru, where he played a pivotal role in streamlining HR functions for the steel manufacturing sector. His strategic leadership ensured the alignment of HR policies with business goals, driving operational excellence and organizational growth.
Prior to this, Mukul held the position of Head HR at CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd., a 4,200-crore Indo-Korean logistics company. Over nearly four years, he led a team of 33 HR professionals, managing 5,000+ employees across 200 branches. Under his leadership, CJ Darcl achieved consecutive “Great Place to Work” certifications and implemented high-impact HR strategies, including capability realization, HR digitization, and industry-leading employee engagement initiatives.
Before CJ Darcl, Mukul was associated with HSI Group as VP & Client HR Head, where he focused on strategic HR leadership and business alignment across diverse industries. He also held leadership roles at organizations like Reliance Capital, Apollo Green Energy, and Hewitt Associates, honing his expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development.
Mukul’s career began with a consulting role at Ma Foi Randstad, where he gained hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR policy development, and statutory compliance.
