Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, December 2025 — Munira Dabhiya has stepped into a new role as Employee Experience Manager at CleanCo Queensland, where she will focus on strengthening workplace culture, engagement, and people-centric practices as the organisation advances Queensland’s clean energy transition.
In her new position at CleanCo Queensland, Munira is responsible for shaping and delivering employee experience initiatives that align people strategy with organisational purpose. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as CleanCo continues to scale its low-emission energy portfolio while reinforcing its values-driven, inclusive workplace culture.
Prior to joining CleanCo Queensland, Munira has built a diverse and impactful career spanning human resources, talent management, DEI, and organisational effectiveness across both corporate and consulting environments. Most recently, she served as HR and DEI Leader at Aditya Birla Group, where she focused on driving culture change through people processes and engagement. Before that, she spent nearly eight years at VFS Global, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Head – Talent Management, Policies, Systems and DEI, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives in talent, people policies, digital HR projects, and diversity and inclusion.
Munira’s earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Reliance Brands Limited, where she partnered with premium global brands such as Steve Madden, Timberland, Paul & Shark, Stuart Weitzman, Superdry, and Dune, as well as roles at SK Restaurants Pvt Ltd and Mediascope Publicitas. Alongside her corporate career, she has also worked as an HR and Talent Management Consultant, advising organisations such as Sanjay Ghodawat Group and Raw Metal Corp, and currently serves as a Board Advisor for a global not-for-profit trust focused on women and girls’ social upliftment.
Munira holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Psychology from Annamalai University. She has also completed a post-graduate diploma in Diversity and Inclusion Management from Harvard University, graduating with Distinction (A+).
