Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2025 – Cotiviti has announced the appointment of Murari Madhab Mishra as its new Vice President HR, APAC. With an extensive background in human resources leadership, talent management, and organizational transformation, Murari brings over two decades of experience across global HR functions in industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecom, and manufacturing.
Before joining Cotiviti, Murari served as Chief Human Resources Officer at OneSource, where he played a key role in HR strategy and leadership development across Steriscience, Stelis Biopharma, and the soft gelatin business of Strides. His expertise contributed to building one of India’s top five pure-play CDMOs.
Previously, Murari was GM, HR & Head of Leadership & Succession at Jio, leading talent management for a workforce of over 50,000 employees. Prior to Jio, he spent seven years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he held multiple leadership roles, including HR Leader for R&D and Biologics, Head of Talent Acquisition for Biologics, and HR Head for Central Asia and ASEAN. His global exposure includes HR leadership roles in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka.
Earlier in his career, he was an entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector with LBM Biofuel Industries and held HR leadership roles at Aliens Group and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
Murari holds a PGDBM in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. His academic background in HR strategy, organizational behavior, and psychology complements his vast experience in managing leadership development, succession planning, and workforce transformation.
