Atlanta, Georgia, United States , February 2026 — Nadia Eran has joined Instrumentl as VP of People Operations, bringing extensive experience in scaling People functions across high-growth, AI-driven and SaaS organizations.
In her new role, Nadia leads People Operations at Instrumentl, the SaaS, AI-native grant operating system designed to help nonprofits discover, win, and manage complex funding opportunities. She will focus on building intentional, high-impact People systems that align culture and operations with the company’s mission. Instrumentl is cultivating a “High Bar, High Care” culture, and Nadia’s mandate is to ensure the people strategy is as purposeful and innovative as the product itself.
Prior to joining Instrumentl, Nadia served as HR Consultant, Chief People Advisor, and Fractional VP People Operations at Future In Work, where she supported startups and scaling companies in building performance systems, transforming HR tech stacks, managing PEO transitions, and preparing organizations for acquisition and growth. She also served as SVP People at Networx, leading global People strategy during a period of rapid expansion and innovation.
Earlier, Nadia was VP People Operations at Talkspace, where she joined during its early hyper-growth stage as the company’s first dedicated People leader. She partnered with founders and executives to scale revenue from approximately $15M to $120M, building foundational People systems, compensation frameworks, HR infrastructure, and supporting IPO readiness and global expansion. She also held leadership roles in People and Talent Management at Retensa, supporting organizations with retention diagnostics, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Nadia actively contributes to the People and AI communities as a member of Women Defining AI, a member of TroopHR, a leader within StartupExperts, and as a mentor and coach with Tandem, supporting HR professionals navigating scale and change.
With deep expertise in organizational change management, performance systems, employee experience, and HR tech optimization, Nadia Eran brings a strong track record of transforming People Operations into a strategic advantage for growth-stage companies.
