Toulouse / Paris, France, January 2026 — GENOSKIN, a biotechnology company and contract research organization (CRO) specializing in ex vivo human skin platforms and immunology-focused non-clinical services, has announced that Nadia Kaci-Chaouche has started a new role as Vice President Human Resources, effective January 2026. Based in Toulouse / Paris (Hybrid), Nadia will lead the company’s people strategy as GENOSKIN continues to scale its science-driven mission of generating predictive human data for drug development, safety assessment, and non-clinical research.
With deep HR leadership experience across biotech, healthtech, and international organizations, Nadia brings strong expertise in global HR strategy, executive partnering, talent acquisition, retention, organizational design, and cross-border workforce alignment.
Before joining GENOSKIN, Nadia served for nearly four and a half years at Mnemo Therapeutics, a French-American biotech focused on immune-based and cell therapies. As Senior Director, Global HR, she was a member of the executive team and played a central role in shaping HR strategy during the company’s build-up phase, aligning HR priorities across Europe and the U.S., accelerating strategic hiring, and launching global programs spanning employer branding, learning & development, talent acquisition, and DE&I.
Alongside this, she also worked for almost three years as an Executive Human Resources Consultant (self-employed), advising start-ups and scale-ups—particularly in biotech, healthtech, AI, and SaaS—supporting HR strategy in fast-evolving, high-growth environments.
Earlier in her career, Nadia spent over five years with Aptus Health as HR Director, International, where she supported the setup and growth of the international organization and helped build the HR strategy for the ex-U.S. subsidiary. She served on the international leadership team and led key initiatives in recruitment policy, workforce planning, talent development, and multi-country HR compliance.
She also spent more than three years at SMART Technologies as EMEA Senior HR Manager, leading HR operations across regional subsidiaries. Her work included policy implementation, salary review and succession planning processes, and supporting restructuring and downsizing programs with change-management rigor.
Earlier HR experience includes roles with Ortel Mobile (a KPN company) as HR Manager, and HR generalist assignments with Exane, Sperian Protection, Eurazeo, Euronext, and operational support roles earlier in her career.
