Cairo, Egypt, August 2025 — Nadine Essam has begun a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition – North Africa | Frontline & Professional Hiring at PepsiCo. In this mandate, she will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the North Africa market cluster, strengthening pipelines for frontline and professional roles and advancing an inclusive, high-performance hiring culture.
At PepsiCo, Nadine Essam has built a strong track record over about 4½ years across multiple roles. Most recently she served as Talent Acquisition Manager – Frontline Hiring (around 11 months) and earlier completed a short-term assignment in Internal Communications (around 9 months) to support enterprise engagement. In her earlier cycle at PepsiCo (nearly 3 years), she operated as an HR Business Partner – Supporting Functions and Talent Acquisition Manager, partnering with leaders to scale recruiting operations and improve candidate experience across Egypt.
Previously at Schneider Electric in Egypt (about 1 year), Nadine served as Talent Acquisition Lead, driving hiring strategies for technical and commercial roles while strengthening employer branding and talent pools.
Earlier at Unilever (around 5 years), she progressed from Recruitment Specialist & Workforce Admin Coordinator to Senior Recruitment Specialist & Workforce Admin Coordinator, delivering end-to-end recruitment across Mashreq markets (Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Sudan, Syria & Palestine) and stewarding workforce administration, HR services, and reporting.
She began her HR journey with Halliburton as an HR Intern (around 3 months), conducting competency-based interviews for entry-level talent, administering assessments, and coordinating internship hiring.
