Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States, July 2025 — Nandini Lal has joined Persistent Systems as Senior Vice President – Head of Human Resources, Americas. In this strategic leadership role, she will oversee HR functions across the Americas region, driving initiatives that foster employee engagement, elevate talent strategies, and align HR operations with the company’s AI-led digital engineering and enterprise modernization goals.
Prior to this appointment, Nandini served as Head of People Function – Americas at LTIMindtree, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing employee wellness, performance management, and internal communication programs across the region. Her leadership significantly contributed to employee engagement and organizational alignment during critical transformation periods.
Earlier, Nandini held multiple leadership roles at Infosys and Infosys Public Services, where she led HR across geographies including the US, Canada, and India. She spearheaded large-scale rebadge initiatives, managed employee relations, and implemented compliance and cultural excellence programs across North America. Her experience spans performance management, benefits administration, diversity and inclusion, and talent lifecycle transformation.
Over the course of her career, she has also held key HR positions at Datacom Telecommunications, Tech Mahindra, and DHL, where she was instrumental in developing HR systems, implementing learning programs, and improving industrial relations. Nandini is recognized for her strategic vision, deep HR domain expertise, and her ability to align people practices with business outcomes across complex global landscapes.
