With over two decades of leadership experience in strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, and global talent transformation, Narayanan brings a distinctive capability to blend business strategy with human capital innovation. At Visara Partners, he will focus on designing and executing a talent supply chain framework that leverages data-driven insights and advanced technologies to optimize workforce readiness in a rapidly evolving global economy.

Before joining Visara Partners, Narayanan served as Senior Leader – Talent Acquisition at Altimetrik, where he architected enterprise-wide hiring strategies and championed process automation and analytics-led recruitment. As Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Workforce Planning at Abdul Latif Jameel, he played a pivotal role in setting up the organization’s global HR systems, policies, and strategic workforce models across multiple regions including the Middle East and Asia.

Earlier, during his tenure as Senior Director of Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition at PwC India, Narayanan led large-scale transformation initiatives focused on workforce optimization, digital enablement, and strategic hiring across the firm. His previous leadership roles at DXC Technology (formerly Computer Science Corporation) saw him managing end-to-end talent acquisition across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, implementing innovative recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) frameworks that achieved significant productivity gains and cost savings.

In his earlier years, Narayanan built a strong foundation through roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, GE, Sify Technologies, Global Software Inc., and the Career Development Foundation of India, where he honed his expertise in workforce analytics, talent management, and HR systems design. A certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, he also holds an MDBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and has pursued Advanced HR Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak.
