Dallas, Texas, United States, February 2026 —Natalia Johns has stepped into the role of Vice President, North America HR at Brink’s Inc, advancing through an in-role promotion that recognizes her sustained results, strategic contribution, and expanded leadership accountability.
In her new position at Brink’s Inc, Natalia will lead the North America HR function, driving strategic people initiatives that align workforce capability with business growth. Her promotion reflects the impact she has delivered across the organization and her ability to translate talent strategy into measurable performance outcomes.
Prior to this elevation, she served as VP HR – US Field at Brink’s Inc, where she acted as the HR Business Partner leader for a large U.S. field organization supporting approximately 6,000 employees. In that capacity, she strengthened retention strategies, elevated leadership capability, and enhanced engagement and organizational effectiveness, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and translating workforce insights into actionable solutions.
Before joining Brink’s, Natalia held progressive leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts, including Vice President – Corporate HR, where she provided strategic leadership to a global HR team supporting the Executive Committee and nearly 3,000 employees across the U.S., India, and Taiwan. She also served as Senior Human Resources Director and HR Director, leading supply chain and regional HR functions and partnering with large employee populations to drive operational excellence and people strategy alignment.
Earlier in her career, Natalia built strong HR leadership foundations at PepsiCo, where she held roles including HR Director and Senior HR Manager, and at Eaton, where she progressed through HR Manager, HR Supervisor, and Senior HR Generalist positions. She also gained early career experience with United States Steel Corporation and Loyola University Chicago, shaping her comprehensive understanding of industrial, manufacturing, and corporate HR environments.
With more than two decades of experience across retail, manufacturing, logistics, and global operations, Natalia brings deep expertise in workforce strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation.
