Prior to joining Groendyke Transport, Natalie served as a Value Creation Specialist at Masin Advisory Group, LLC, where she guided entrepreneurial businesses through growth, valuation, and financial strategy initiatives. Her work focused on helping companies navigate complex financial landscapes to achieve ambitious growth and create enduring organizational value.
Before that, she held the role of Vice President of Finance & Treasury at D&H United Fueling Solutions, where she was instrumental in managing corporate finance functions and treasury operations, further solidifying her expertise in financial planning and value-driven strategy. Natalie’s career also includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Finance at Quantix, where she led finance transformation and valuation projects and oversaw critical communications with boards and investors, ensuring a high level of financial integrity and alignment.
Earlier in her career, Natalie gained foundational experience in finance and advisory roles at Kosmos Energy, The Capstreet Group, and PwC, which provided her with a robust background in investment strategy, M&A, and capital markets.
