London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 – PureGym has announced the appointment of Natalie Montague as Head of People (UK Gym Operations). In this role, Montague will lead people strategy across the UK gym network, supporting PureGym’s mission to make fitness accessible for all while reinforcing its culture of inclusivity, engagement, and high performance.
Natalie has been with PureGym for more than three years and has steadily advanced through key leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Head of HR – Denmark, where she guided the company’s people agenda in an international market, strengthening talent practices and aligning HR initiatives with the business strategy. Prior to that, she was an HR Business Partner at PureGym, supporting people operations across the organisation’s UK and European footprint.
Earlier in her career, Natalie spent over three years with Medivet, where she worked as a Divisional HR Business Partner. In this role, she provided strategic HR support across multiple veterinary practices, focusing on workforce engagement, capability building, and leadership development in a complex, multi-site environment.
Before joining Medivet, Natalie was part of Good Energy, where she held progressive roles as People Partner and HR Advisor over a span of more than three years. Her contributions centred on enhancing HR processes, supporting organisational change, and improving employee experience in a growing renewable energy business.
Natalie’s early career included HR roles with Cotswold Outdoor as an HR Assistant and Advantage xPO as a Contracts Administrator.
