Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, September 2024 – Nathan C. Hatfield has taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Enerfab. In this new position, Nathan will oversee the company’s human resources strategy and operations, leading efforts to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and workforce development across the organization.
Nathan’s journey with Enerfab began in 2019, when he joined as Manager of Organizational Development. During his tenure, Nathan played a key role in strategic HR initiatives, including talent development, workforce planning, and performance management. His success in this role led to his promotion to Director of Human Resources for Enerfab Power & Industrial, where he led HR operations for four years.
Prior to his time at Enerfab, Nathan spent over a decade at The Shepherd Color Company, where he held various roles, including Human Resources Manager. His leadership there contributed to significant improvements in HR policies, talent development, and employee engagement. Nathan also served as a Human Resources Specialist and Production Supervisor, further honing his skills in strategic HR planning and operational management.
Earlier in his career, Nathan held several roles at The Shepherd Color Company, including MRO Buyer and Maintenance Clerk, where he gained critical experience in project management, communications, and workforce strategy, laying a solid foundation for his HR leadership career.
