San Jose, California, United States, August 2025 – Navjot Nobriga has joined Kamboj Ventures as Vice President, Human Resources, bringing with her a diverse background in staffing, talent partnerships, and business development across leading technology and consulting firms. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and building a people-first culture aligned with Kamboj Ventures’ disruptive growth in the e-commerce investment space.
Prior to joining Kamboj Ventures, Navjot served as Business Solutions Manager at Ledgent Technology, where she partnered with IT departments and Bay Area businesses to craft customized staffing solutions. In this role, she contributed to creating value-based service models under Roth Staffing Companies’ culture-first approach, catering to a wide range of industry clients.
Before that, she held the position of Account Manager at Avenue Code, a software consulting firm where she was responsible for client relations and delivery enablement across complex digital transformation projects. Her role emphasized Agile coaching and project ownership, reflecting her strength in stakeholder management and operational strategy.
Navjot also worked as a Project Manager at Ryzen Solutions for nearly three years, focusing on engineering and IT staffing for product development organizations. Her earlier experiences include sales and HR roles at Paycom, Randstad USA, and Target, where she built a strong foundation in HR operations, workforce development, and leadership mentoring. Her success as Executive Team Leader at Target earned her firm-wide recognition for sales leadership and talent development.
With over a decade of experience across HR, staffing, client engagement, and business transformation, Navjot brings a versatile leadership style and a deep understanding of people-centric strategies to support Kamboj Ventures’ rapid growth journey.
