Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 — Aragen Life Sciences has announced the appointment of Neeraj Garg as the Chief Executive Officer – Discovery Solutions, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With an illustrious career spanning more than two decades across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences, Neeraj brings a wealth of strategic, operational, and transformational leadership experience to his new role.
In his new position, Neeraj will oversee Aragen’s discovery research and development business, focusing on driving innovation, strengthening global partnerships, and enhancing customer experience across the biopharma value chain. His appointment underscores Aragen’s commitment to scientific excellence and its vision to accelerate innovation from concept to commercial for clients worldwide.
Before joining Aragen Life Sciences, Neeraj served as Regional Director – South Asia at Eurofins, where he led diversified businesses across CRDMO, Food Testing, Genomic Services, Industrial Product Testing, and in-vitro diagnostic kits in India. Under his leadership, Eurofins expanded its footprint across the Middle East, launching operations in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, and managed high-performing teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. He also oversaw Eurofins’ Global IT Delivery Centers, with 1,800 employees delivering infrastructure and security solutions worldwide.
Prior to Eurofins, Neeraj was the Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited, where he led the company through a period of rapid expansion, achieving six-fold revenue growth through new business lines such as Apollo Diagnostics and Apollo Fertility, strategic acquisitions like Apollo Spectra and Apollo Cradle, and enhanced operational efficiency across India’s healthcare network.
Earlier in his career, Neeraj held pivotal roles at Abbott Laboratories, serving as Director – Global Strategy (Established Products Division) and Chief Operating Officer – Mass Market Business. At Abbott, he played a key role in shaping the company’s global growth strategies and driving business transformation across 130 international markets.
He began his professional journey with Hindustan Lever Limited (Unilever) as an Area Sales Manager, before moving to A.T. Kearney as an Associate, where he honed his expertise in business consulting, strategic planning, and operational excellence — skills that have since defined his leadership approach across industries.
Neeraj holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, one of India’s premier management institutions. His leadership is characterized by a strong focus on business transformation, healthcare innovation, and building agile, high-performing teams.
