Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, March 2025 – Neeraj Tandon has joined Syngenta Group as Head of People Insights and Analytics, bringing over two decades of expertise in HR analytics, workforce strategy, and employee engagement. In this role, he will lead data-driven HR decision-making, predictive workforce analytics, and organizational insights to drive Syngenta’s global people strategy.
Prior to joining Syngenta Group, Tandon served as Global Head of People Analytics and Employee Engagement at Philips, where he established a comprehensive HR analytics function, integrating predictive attrition modeling, engagement surveys, and ESG reporting to enhance workforce strategy. Before that, he was Head of People Analytics and Reporting at Novartis, where he led global data science initiatives, talent retention analytics, and workforce planning solutions across multiple geographies.
Earlier in his career, Tandon held leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, Ericsson, and Accenture, focusing on strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, and predictive modeling. At Ericsson, he implemented cost of workforce analysis, workforce planning solutions, and HR dashboards, while at WTW, he was responsible for driving workforce analytics adoption across the Asia-Pacific region. His extensive experience spans HR transformation, AI-driven analytics, and employee lifecycle insights.
With a strong background in people analytics, strategic HR reporting, and data-driven decision-making, Tandon is well-positioned to drive Syngenta Group’s workforce insights strategy and enhance HR’s impact on business performance.
