New York City Metropolitan Area, July 2024 – Neeraj Varma has started a new position as Chief People Officer at iNARV.AI. In this role, Neeraj will oversee the strategic direction of the company’s human resources function, focusing on talent management, employee development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and integrating advanced HR technologies to support the company’s growth and business goals.
Neeraj brings over two decades of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to joining iNARV.AI, he served as Sr Director, North America Talent Acquisition at Hexaware Technologies in New Jersey, where he led talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth, enhanced direct sourcing capabilities, and promoted diversity and inclusion through innovative social media campaigns.
Before Hexaware, Neeraj held the role of Director Talent Acquisition at Birlasoft, where he oversaw recruitment teams, drove executive-level hiring across multiple verticals, and implemented cost reduction strategies to improve efficiency. His tenure at KPIT as Director, North America Talent Acquisition & Resource Management group involved similar responsibilities, including establishing strategic partnerships with Tier 1 corporations and optimizing recruitment processes.
Neeraj also managed IT requirements across North America, Mexico, and Canada at Crosskill LLC, exceeding revenue targets and driving business expansion. His earlier roles include Sr Director – Talent Acquisition at Computch Computers Inc, Senior Consultant at Prudential Securities Inc, and various positions at Insurance Software and Systems, a SWISS Re Company, and ISR, A Division of Datamatics Global Services Limited.
