New York, United States, April 2025 – Neha A. has joined M&J Engineering as the new Head of Talent Acquisition, where she will lead strategic initiatives to build and strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline across its engineering, construction, and technology divisions. In her new role, she will focus on driving innovative talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning to support M&J’s continued growth across the United States.
Prior to joining M&J Engineering, Neha was engaged in a self-employed capacity under Stealth Mode, showcasing her entrepreneurial skills and deep industry knowledge. Before that, she served at TRC Companies, Inc. for about two years, where she rose from Talent Acquisition Supervisor – Infrastructure to Talent Acquisition Director, Infrastructure. During her time at TRC, she played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies for the infrastructure segment and supporting major engineering projects.
Earlier, Neha founded and led Evolve Business Consulting & Coaching for eight years, offering end-to-end consulting services in marketing, operations, and business planning. She also acted as a Startup Business Advisor at Chefs Crest Inc., blending her consulting experience with entrepreneurial ventures to drive operational efficiencies and business growth initiatives.
In her earlier career, Neha served as Executive Vice President at DKI Engineering & Consulting, USA, P.C., where she handled business development, project management, and talent strategy. Additionally, she honed her leadership and operational skills at companies such as FactSet Research Systems, DKI Group Engineers, Inc., Cisco Systems, and Pratt & Whitney, managing cross-functional teams, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizing operational processes.
