Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2024 – Neha Bhandari, an experienced HR leader with over 15 years in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational transformation, has been appointed as the Head of People and Culture at CARS24. In her new role, Neha will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of CARS24’s people initiatives, driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performing workplace culture.
Prior to joining CARS24, Neha served as Director of Human Resources at VMock, where she restructured HR processes, enhanced employee engagement, and drove performance management systems. Over three years, she played a pivotal role in building a thriving organizational culture across teams in the U.S. and India.
Before VMock, Neha was the Group Head HR at LexInnova, where she led change management initiatives, scaled engineering teams, and introduced innovative performance management systems. Her efforts significantly improved recruitment outcomes and employee satisfaction.
Neha’s leadership journey also includes her role as Head HR at Healthians, where she facilitated rapid workforce expansion and implemented competitive compensation and benefits strategies to foster employee excellence. At Finlace Consulting, she scaled operations from 50 to 500 employees, streamlining HR processes to align with the company’s growth.
Earlier in her career, Neha held HR roles at RMSI, Future Group, Barclays Shared Services, and IBM Daksh, honing her expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy.
