Sirwan brings extensive leadership experience in human resources, organizational development, and talent management, backed by more than two decades of professional experience and an exceptional 20-year journey with Asiacell. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record of driving people-focused strategies that support business performance, foster employee engagement, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Since joining Asiacell in 2006 as a Recruitment Assistant, Sirwan has steadily progressed through a series of leadership positions, including Payroll Administrator, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Compensation and Rewards Director, and Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. In these roles, he played a pivotal role in leading major HR transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring, performance and rewards frameworks, talent development, succession planning, HR governance, and workforce optimization.
Over the years, Sirwan has been instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and developing initiatives that empower teams across the organization. His expertise in compensation strategy, rewards governance, employee retention, and organizational development has significantly contributed to Asiacell’s evolution as one of Iraq’s leading telecommunications companies.
