In this position, Neha will drive innovative talent strategies and initiatives that will shape the future of the organization. Her focus will be on enhancing talent management practices, fostering leadership development, and aligning talent strategies with business goals to ensure Sutherland continues to thrive in the competitive digital transformation space.

Neha Deokar brings extensive experience in talent management and learning development. Prior to her current role at Sutherland, she served as a Learning Architect at PwC from December 2022 to July 2024, where she was responsible for creating human-centered learning solutions in collaboration with business leaders and strategists.

Before PwC, Neha was the Lead – Global Talent Engagement and Development at Hexaware Technologies from December 2019 to December 2022. In this role, she led strategic thinking and skill development initiatives, significantly impacting the organization’s global talent development practices.

Neha also held various leadership positions at Teleperformance India from February 2013 to December 2019, where she served as the Director of Learning and Development and Senior Manager Learning Development. Her work at Teleperformance included driving learning and development initiatives, enhancing interpersonal skills, and fostering skill development across the organization.

Earlier in her career, Neha worked at Reliance BPO and Spanco BPO Services Ltd., where she held roles in training and development, focusing on customer service improvement, content development, and people management.
