Istanbul, Türkiye, March 2026 – TikTak has announced the appointment of Neyran Arslantürk as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a significant leadership milestone as the company continues to scale its position as a leading car-sharing platform. With a fleet of over 8,500 vehicles and more than 3 million users, TikTak is poised for its next phase of growth under Neyran’s leadership.
Commenting on her new role, Neyran Arslantürk shared her enthusiasm about building on the strong foundation established by founder Ersan Öztürk and working with the team to shape the future of urban mobility, making car access seamless, reliable, and effortless.
Prior to joining TikTak, Neyran Arslantürk served as General Manager, Türkiye at Wonderful, where she led business operations and strategic growth initiatives in the region.
Before this, she spent nearly a decade at Uber, where she held multiple leadership roles including General Manager – Turkey, Malta, and Israel. During her tenure, she played a critical role in scaling Uber’s operations across diverse markets, driving expansion, operational excellence, and market penetration in highly competitive environments.
Earlier in her career, Neyran worked as a Finance Business Partner at Skype, where she contributed to financial planning and strategic decision-making. She also held the role of International Strategy Manager at Condé Nast International, where she focused on digital strategy and international business development.
She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, with a specialization in Strategy and Finance, further strengthening her global business leadership capabilities.
