Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2026 — Nichole Viviani has started a new position as Chief People, Culture and Change Officer at Global Payments Inc., where she will lead the enterprise-wide people, culture and transformation agenda, including talent strategy, employee experience, leadership development, organizational transformation, and critical operational functions spanning property, facilities and physical security.
Nichole Viviani joined Global Payments following the acquisition of Worldpay, where she served as Chief People & Culture Officer, leading large-scale organizational design, governance frameworks, executive development and AI-enabled workforce evolution initiatives across international markets. Her role was instrumental in driving cultural transformation, business process improvement and leadership alignment in high-growth and hybrid operating environments.
Prior to Worldpay, she held the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Prima, where she strengthened people strategy, compensation and benefits frameworks, leadership development, employer branding and employee engagement across UK-based and international operations. She earlier spent nearly three years at Xplor Technologies, serving as Chief People & Marketing Officer and subsequently as Chief People and Communications Officer, leading global people, ESG, marketing, communications and property portfolios during a period of international expansion and M&A-driven transformation.
Earlier in her career, Nichole held multiple senior people leadership roles at FIS and Worldpay, where she led global change, integration, cultural alignment, and IPO readiness programs, and also served in HR leadership roles at Dixons Retail, MFI and Argos, building deep expertise across employee relations, transformation, leadership development and strategic HR governance.
