Singapore, March 2025 – Nicolas Baudonnet has been appointed as Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, APAC at Shiseido, a move that further strengthens the company’s regional leadership across Asia Pacific. In his elevated role, Baudonnet will oversee brand marketing and business development for a rich portfolio of global beauty brands including Shiseido, Clé de Peau, NARS, Drunk Elephant, Anessa, Elixir, Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Serge Lutens, Tory Burch, and others, covering both domestic and distributor markets in Oceania and the Indian subcontinent.
Baudonnet brings nearly nine years of experience with Shiseido and has consistently demonstrated excellence in leading strategic marketing across diverse brand categories. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Vice President, Cosmetics, Fragrance, and Personal Care for APAC, where he played a crucial role in brand performance and expansion across Japan, China, and the broader Asia Pacific region. His earlier roles at Shiseido included Vice President Fragrance – APAC and Regional Director – APAC, managing fragrance divisions for renowned designer brands.

Before joining Shiseido, Baudonnet worked at Interparfums as Export Manager – APAC, handling sales and marketing for luxury fragrance houses like Jimmy Choo, Balmain, and Boucheron. He also held roles at Burberry Beauty and served Shiseido earlier in his career, strengthening his deep connection with the company’s brand ethos and market dynamics.
