New York, March 2025 – Nicole Amodei has joined Carta as Director, People Operations, bringing a wealth of expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational optimization. In her new role, she will oversee HR operations, people systems, and workforce planning, enhancing Carta’s people-first culture.
Prior to joining Carta, Amodei served as Senior Director, HR Business Partnership and Enablement at Bond Vet, where she led HR strategy, talent management, and compliance frameworks. She was instrumental in optimizing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational development.
Before that, she was Head of People Operations at Trail of Bits, where she managed HR systems, workforce analytics, and operational efficiency. She also spent over two years at Better, where she progressed from Senior Manager, People Systems to Head of People Operations, leading a global HR team and managing critical HR technology and compliance functions.
Earlier in her career, Amodei held key HR and talent roles at Rent The Runway, Gympass, and Amazon, where she specialized in talent acquisition, HR technology, and recruiting operations. With a deep understanding of HR transformation, data-driven people strategies, and employee engagement, she is poised to make a significant impact at Carta.
