Austin, Texas, United States, September 2024 – Nicole Atkinson has taken on the role of VP, People Business Partner – Technology, CPO & Design at PayPal.
Nicole joined PayPal in January 2022, serving as Senior Director, People Business Partner for nearly three years. During this time, she partnered with key executives to develop and implement people strategies for the Technology, Product, and Design teams.
Prior to joining PayPal, Nicole was Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner at NXP Semiconductors, where she supported the Edge Processing business unit, driving HR initiatives for over 38 global sites and aligning people strategies to support business goals in IoT, industrial, and mobile innovation.
Nicole spent over seven years at Apple, where she held several senior roles, including Sr. People Leader, partnering with global retail and corporate teams to shape HR programs that supported business objectives. Her earlier experience includes strategic HR roles at American Express and Blood Systems, focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent management.
