Costa Mesa, California, United States, January 2025 – Nicole Bolton has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at AAA Auto Club Enterprises, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategies, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture across its operations.
Prior to joining AAA Auto Club Enterprises, Nicole Bolton served as Vice President & CHRO, Government Health Benefits & Health Solutions at Elevance Health for approximately four years. In this capacity, she oversaw HR operations for a workforce of nearly 11,000 associates, along with leading enterprise-wide HR strategy, associate relations, and leadership development initiatives.

Before Elevance Health, she was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Chief Compliance Officer at Post Holdings for over three years, where she was responsible for both legal and HR compliance functions. She also held the roles of Vice President of Legal & Chief Compliance Officer, Associate General Counsel, and Employment and Benefits Counsel at Post Holdings and Ralcorp Holdings (now ConAgra).
Earlier in her career, she practiced employment law as an Associate at McMahon Berger and Spencer Fane LLP, focusing on employment and benefits compliance strategies for corporate clients.
