She began her journey at AssistRx as Senior Director, Human Resources, strengthening the HR foundation in support of the company’s specialty medication technology and patient adherence solutions.
Prior to AssistRx, Logue was Director of Human Resources at Loanwise Financial, leading end-to-end HR including hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, engagement, performance management, and employee relations, while partnering with leadership to shape corporate culture and implement HR systems such as ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms.
