Green Bay, Wisconsin — Nicole Tritt has taken on the new role of Vice President of Human Resources, Americas at Schreiber Foods, beginning in May 2024. With nearly 19 years of experience at Schreiber Foods, Tritt is enthusiastic about this opportunity to continue growing within the company she deeply cares about.

Career Journey at Schreiber Foods
Tritt joined Schreiber Foods in September 2005 and has steadily risen through the ranks over her 18 years with the company. Initially joining as an HR Specialist, she soon became Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on strengthening Schreiber’s recruitment strategies. Her dedication and leadership skills led to further promotions, including HR Manager and ultimately Director of Human Resources, Americas.

In her role as HR Director, she managed HR operations across 20 plants, six distribution centers, and the Home Office. Tritt oversaw legal compliance, labor relations, HR systems, policies, and processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience throughout the Americas. She worked tirelessly to elevate the employee experience and align HR strategy with business objectives.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Americas, Tritt will lead the HR strategy for the region, fostering a culture that aligns with Schreiber’s mission while supporting the growth and success of its partners.
