Nidia Barrios has been associated with AD1 Hospitality for approximately five years in various HR leadership roles. Prior to her promotion, she served as Corporate Director of People and Culture, where she played a key role in strengthening talent strategy, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence across the company. Earlier, she was Corporate HR & Recruiting Manager, overseeing HR processes for over 20 hotels and more than 600 employees, while driving improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and pre-opening operations.

Before joining AD1 Hospitality, she was Director of Talent Acquisition at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where she led a high-performing team of onboarding specialists and crafted strategic job fair plans, diversity recruitment partnerships, and data-driven hiring metrics.
