Amy has been with Plastics Family Americas for seven years, previously serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development, where she implemented innovative recruitment strategies and advanced employee development programs. Before that, she was Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Development, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent pipeline. Her tenure as Director of Employee Development further demonstrated her commitment to nurturing workforce potential and enhancing organizational culture.

Prior to joining Plastics Family Americas, Amy spent five years as an Outside Sales Representative at Laird Plastics, where she gained invaluable insights into customer engagement and industry dynamics.
Amy has also contributed significantly to the industry as a member of the IAPD Educational Committee for over four years, sharing her expertise to elevate educational initiatives in the plastics distribution sector.
Amy is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University, further showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
