His tenure was marked by successful partnerships with multinational corporations, Indian conglomerates, and high-growth startups, and he spearheaded numerous CXO and senior leadership mandates, especially in CHRO and technology leadership hiring.
Prior to Michael Page, he served as Manager – Business Banking at YES BANK, where he managed asset portfolios of SMEs and helped set up the business banking team in Punjab. He also undertook early internships at Nagarro and GE, showcasing his diverse background and early commitment to performance excellence.
