With a robust background in human resources and talent management, Nikki brings a wealth of experience to her new role, where she will lead the HR function for a multibillion-dollar company dedicated to improving health and wellbeing.
Nikki Ballard has been with RVO Health for approximately 2 years and 2 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Vice President, HR Business Partnership, Compensation & Human Capital Integration for about 1 year. Before that, she was the Senior Director, Human Capital for a year and the Director, HR Business Partner for a brief period. In these roles, she played a pivotal part in shaping the company’s HR strategies, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement.
Before joining RVO Health, Nikki worked at Red Ventures as the Director, HR Business Partner for nearly a year. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at PwC, where she held various roles including Talent Consultant, Manager Campus Talent Acquisition, Assurance Senior Associate, Assurance Associate, and Assurance Intern. Her extensive tenure at PwC equipped her with deep insights into talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
Nikki also has experience as a Real Estate Consulting Intern at The Weitzman Group, Inc., where she gained valuable skills in real estate consulting and project management.
