Sharba Banerjee most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at AKMMA Laboratories Pvt Ltd, where she led the HR function for the company. During her tenure, she implemented strategic HR initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and streamlined HR processes across the organization.
Before AKMMA Laboratories, Sharba was the DGM-HR at Innovative Distributions Service (P) Ltd, where she managed HR operations and contributed to the company’s strategic planning and development. Her role was crucial in driving organizational growth and efficiency through effective human resources management.
Prior to this, she served as Sr. Manager-HRD at Innovative Logistics Service (P) Ltd for over seven years. In this role, she oversaw HR operations and played a significant part in the company’s expansion and employee development programs.
