Nair’s elevation from her previous role as Senior Vice President and Head of HR for India & Americas marks a significant step in her career, which spans over three decades in human resources and organizational development.
Prior to her latest appointment, Nair accumulated 9 years of experience at [24]7.ai, where she led HR initiatives that significantly contributed to the organization’s growth and employee engagement strategies in both India and the Americas. Before rejoining [24]7.ai in 2015, she served as the Chief People Officer at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements, where for four years she was instrumental in developing HR policies and training programs.
Nair’s extensive background also includes several leadership roles at [24]7.ai earlier in her career, including Vice President of HRD and Learning & Development in India. She began her tenure at the company in 2003, quickly rising through the ranks to integrate the HR and L&D departments by 2007. Before her long-standing service at [24]7.ai, Nair was the Director of Fruition Infomatics Pvt Ltd and spent 13 years in academia as an English teacher.
As CHRO, Nair will oversee all aspects of human resources, including strategic leadership development, enhancing employee experiences, and fostering a high-performance culture across global operations.
