Prior to joining Gera Developments, Nagda held the position of Vice President – Human Resources at Global Insurance Brokers Private Limited, where he was instrumental in developing new HR strategies, automating processes, and strengthening the sales force across India. His roles have consistently focused on transformation, talent management, and leveraging technology to enhance HR operations and strategy.
