Nithin Bhagath Appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Nahar Group

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Nithin Bhagath has joined Nahar Group as Chief Operating Officer, where he will lead the organization’s Sales, Marketing, and CRM functions. Bringing with him over two decades of deep expertise across the real estate, hospitality, and telecom sectors, Nithin will focus on driving business strategy, expanding market presence, and delivering customer-centric growth at one of Mumbai’s most reputed real estate developers.

Before DN Homes, he was Business Head for Mumbai Metropolitan Region at Justo RealFintech Pvt. Ltd., overseeing ₹1,200 crore in top-line revenue and an inventory pipeline worth ₹3,600 crore. His role involved full P&L management, GTM strategy execution, and scaling a portfolio of 14 residential and commercial projects.

Previously, Nithin served as Senior Vice President – National Business Head at Puravankara Ltd., where he led national operations across luxury and affordable housing segments in major cities and international markets. Under his leadership, the company achieved ₹1,250 crore in sales revenue and delivered over 42,000 homes across India.

Nithin’s earlier leadership roles include senior positions at Shriram Properties, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Sterling Holidays, and Idea Cellular, where he consistently delivered growth, innovation, and operational excellence. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, Nithin is recognized for his strategic vision and ability to drive transformational outcomes in competitive markets.
