San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States, May 2025 – Noel McCullar has been appointed as Head of Talent Solutions at Crosschq, marking a significant leadership advancement in his dynamic career. In this newly elevated role, Noel will be responsible for developing and scaling innovative talent intelligence solutions that enhance hiring outcomes and drive measurable impact across the employee lifecycle.
Noel has been with Crosschq for nearly three years, most recently serving as Growth & Strategy Lead – Customer Success, where he led strategic initiatives focused on customer onboarding, experience, and business transformation. His contributions were instrumental in deepening client relationships and aligning HR technology with business strategy.
Before joining Crosschq, Noel was Director of Customer Success & Sales Operations at Chooch, an AI startup, where he was one of the first five employees and helped shape the company’s customer-facing functions. He also held key customer success leadership roles at My Ally (acquired by Phenom), brightwheel, Base CRM (acquired by Zendesk), and Betts Recruiting, consistently driving operational improvements and client satisfaction.
His earlier experience includes impactful roles with Apple on Apple Maps, Google on Google Glass, and coaching at Menlo College, demonstrating a blend of strategic, technical, and human-centered expertise. Beyond corporate roles, Noel is also a Board Member at STEM to the Future, advocating for equity-focused, student-led STEAM education for Black and Brown youth.
