Before stepping into this leadership role, Nolan Mariano served as Director of Human Resources at TOI, where he played a pivotal role in HR operations, organizational culture, and workforce planning. Prior to joining TOI, he was Human Resources Director at CellCarta, where he provided HR leadership in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. His expertise in organizational development and HR transformation played a crucial role in aligning HR functions with business objectives.
Earlier in his career, Nolan Mariano held HR leadership roles at Antech Diagnostics, Interior Logic Group, MXD Group, and Healthy Buildings, where he developed HR policies, led talent strategies, and spearheaded HR transformation initiatives. His deep expertise spans employee relations, HR compliance, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
