Chicago, Illinois, United States, June 2025 – Nollaig Forrest has been named Chief Marketing & Corporate Affairs Officer at Amrize. In her new role, Nollaig will drive integrated marketing, branding, and corporate affairs strategies for Amrize, leveraging her extensive international experience to support the company’s position as a leader in advanced construction solutions across North America.
Prior to joining Amrize, Nollaig served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Holcim in Zug, Switzerland. Over nearly five years with Holcim, she was responsible for Group Sustainability, Corporate Affairs, Health, Safety & Environment, and the Holcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction. Earlier, as Group Head of Corporate Affairs, she unified the Holcim brand globally, launched major sustainability-focused products, and spearheaded partnerships with world-renowned organizations and architects to advance circular and low-carbon construction.
Nollaig’s earlier career includes a substantial tenure at Firmenich in Geneva, where she advanced from Director Corporate Headquarter Communication to Vice President Corporate Communications. There, she oversaw global reputation building, stakeholder engagement, and complex issues management, playing a key role in positioning Firmenich as a purpose-driven and globally respected company.
Her communications and public affairs leadership was further honed at Dow (The Dow Chemical Company), DuPont, and the World Economic Forum. In these roles, she managed stakeholder relations, employee engagement, public affairs, and media relations across diverse geographies, driving effective communication strategies for some of the world’s most recognized companies.
