Mumbai, India, October 2025 — Nurus Saba has joined Infravision as Head – Human Relations, India, marking a significant step in her distinguished HR leadership journey. In her new role, she will lead the people function across Infravision’s India operations, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s vision of transforming the energy infrastructure landscape through innovation, technology, and people excellence.

As part of Infravision’s leadership team, Nurus will be responsible for building a scalable and future-ready people architecture to support the company’s rapid growth. Her focus areas include designing and institutionalizing HR strategy, governance, and people processes; leading workforce planning and talent acquisition across projects and corporate functions; and driving leadership development, organization design, and cultural transformation. She will also champion employee experience, diversity, and digital HR enablement to enhance engagement and operational excellence across the business.

Before joining Infravision, Nurus served as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Bajel Projects Ltd, where she led enterprise-wide people programs that strengthened talent pipelines and improved employee engagement across multiple sites. Previously, she was with Simpl for over four years, where she held roles including Associate Director – Human Capital and Senior Human Resources Manager, playing a pivotal role in transforming employee experience through initiatives in onboarding, engagement, benefits design, and performance management.

Earlier in her career, Nurus spent over five years at ATPI, where she developed leadership programs, succession planning frameworks, and employee engagement strategies that boosted organizational performance. Her prior experience includes roles at Callan Research, MSCI Inc., and Mancer Consulting Services, where she built a strong foundation in recruitment, talent management, and HR systems development.

A seasoned HR professional with a proven record of strategic people leadership and organizational transformation, Nurus brings over 15 years of experience across diverse industries including technology, infrastructure, and professional services. Her appointment underscores Infravision’s commitment to nurturing a high-performing, inclusive, and innovation-driven workplace as it scales its global operations.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
