With a strong foundation in corporate law and organizational advisory, Nisha brings a unique blend of legal acumen, strategic insight, and people-centric leadership to her new role.
In her capacity as Head of People, Nisha will lead the hotel’s human resources strategy, focusing on employee engagement, workforce development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture. Her legal background equips her with a deep understanding of compliance, governance, and employee relations — key areas that will help strengthen Reigate Manor’s people operations and workplace policies.
Before joining Reigate Manor, Nisha served as Legal Counsel at Cains Brewery Village, where she advised on regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and employment matters. Prior to that, she worked as an Associate at Kennedys, a leading international law firm, where she handled complex legal cases in corporate and commercial law. Her experience also includes a Legal Secondment at AIG, where she gained hands-on exposure to corporate governance and operational risk frameworks, and earlier tenures with FDR Law and Squire Patton Boggs.
