Khindria’s journey in the HR domain is marked by a series of impactful roles, including his recent position as Corporate HR Head at Dalmia Biz Pvt. Ltd., where he focused on startups across various sectors such as FMCG, EV, and healthcare exports. Prior to that, he played a crucial role at Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa as GM-HR, significantly contributing to HR digitalisation and talent management. His expertise in strategic human resources leadership is well-regarded across the industry.
At Omega Seiki Mobility, Khindria is excited to immerse himself in assembly line operations, PDI perfection, and efficient inventory management. He aims to delve into the GSB Matrix, foster dealer partnerships, and enhance government and industry relations. His focus will also include streamlining processes through the Enquiry Management System and Dealer Management System, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction and dealer satisfaction indices are at their peak.
