Olga Žarković appointed Head of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development at Nelt Group

Belgrade, Serbia, January 2026 — Olga Žarković has taken on a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development at Nelt Group, where she will lead the group-wide agenda for talent acquisition, executive hiring, organizational development, and employer branding across multiple markets.

In her new position, Olga Žarković is responsible for shaping and governing end-to-end recruitment and people processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and strong employer brand positioning across the Group’s diverse geographies. She works closely with the CHRO, senior leadership, and HR teams to translate business priorities into impactful talent and organizational strategies, while also driving employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, and organizational health.

Žarković brings deep institutional knowledge of Nelt Group, having spent over three years with the organization prior to this appointment. Most recently, she served as Employer Branding & Employee Experience Manager and Employee Experience Manager, where she played a key role in advancing employer branding, engagement frameworks, and people-centric design initiatives across the Group’s operations.

Before joining Nelt Group, she built a strong international foundation at Avon, where she held a series of regional and international roles over more than seven years. Her experience at Avon spanned Business Readiness Senior Expert, Innovation Expert International, and multiple leadership roles within training and capability development across the Adriatic, Balkans, and international markets. Across these roles, she led change management, digital enablement, innovation programs, and large-scale learning initiatives, supporting transformation and capability building across diverse markets.

Earlier in her career, Žarković worked across marketing, communications, PR, training design, and creative leadership roles, building a multidisciplinary skill set that blends people strategy, employer branding, learning, and culture with strong communication and design thinking capabilities.
