With nearly three decades of experience, Farrell has played a pivotal role in driving the evolution of the global production landscape, where technology, creativity, and culture intersect. His deep understanding of digital transformation has guided leading organizations in reshaping their creative and production models to meet the demands of an ever-evolving media environment. Throughout his career, he has helped companies redefine how technology and storytelling combine to enhance agility, creativity, and integration across teams.
Farrell’s experience spans multiple domains, including film, digital content, advertising, and social media. His leadership has been instrumental in fostering collaboration between creative and production functions. Over the years, he has held senior leadership positions at R/GA, Havas, WPP, and Publicis, while also maintaining an active career as a documentary filmmaker and photographer.
