Before joining Edikted, Omri served at Playtika for nearly a decade, most recently as Senior Vice President, HR – Marketing and Games, where he was a key member of the company’s HR management team. In this capacity, he partnered closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership to integrate HR strategy with business growth objectives across Playtika’s global marketing and games units. He also led the company’s HR operations, overseeing people analytics, organizational development, recruitment, learning, and compensation — establishing Playtika as a benchmark in people-centric innovation within the gaming industry.

Earlier, Omri held leadership roles in product management and gaming operations, including serving as Producer of Facebook Games at Win.com and Director of Product at NeoGames, where he led international teams responsible for multi-platform gaming portfolios, mobile innovations, and regulated market launches across Europe. His early experiences with 888 Holdings and e-Glue further honed his expertise in data analytics, customer engagement, and technology-driven process improvement — skills that continue to influence his holistic approach to people leadership today.

Known for his forward-thinking HR vision, Omri combines creative strategy with analytical rigor to foster cultures of innovation and inclusion. His deep understanding of technology, data, and human behavior uniquely positions him to strengthen Edikted’s workforce and empower its next phase of global expansion in digital fashion retail.
