Munich, Bavaria, Germany, November 2025 — Özlem Yavuz has been appointed as Global Head of HR for Consulting and Cybersecurity at Eviden, part of the Atos Group. In her new role, she will oversee global people strategy and transformation initiatives across Eviden’s consulting and cybersecurity business units, driving workforce transformation, leadership development, and organizational excellence across multiple geographies.
With nearly two decades of leadership experience across Atos and Siemens, Özlem Yavuz has built a distinguished career in HR transformation, global operations, and cross-cultural leadership. She has been associated with Atos for almost 14 years, holding several key positions. Most recently, she served as Global HR Director for Atos Group Transformation Program Genesis, where she led the HR stream of a global transformation initiative, focusing on workforce transformation and organizational redesign.
Before that, she was SVP – Global Head of HR for Growth Office, responsible for developing and executing the people strategy for sales, presales, and partnership teams worldwide. Her leadership was instrumental in driving the new Sales Operating Model, enabling global alignment in performance management, incentives, and capability development. She also led as SVP – HR for Geographies and Growth Office, managing HR leadership across 68 countries and building strong regional HR capabilities to support global growth objectives.
Previously, Özlem held the role of SVP HR for Central Europe, where she oversaw HR operations across Germany and Central Eastern European countries, leading large-scale HR transformations, process optimization, and cultural integration initiatives. Prior to that, she was HR Director Operations for Atos UK&I, managing HR for approximately 10,000 employees, and Global HR Business Partner for the Infrastructure & Data Management Global Delivery Centers in India, Poland, and Romania.
Before joining Atos, she spent over six years at Siemens, where she held various roles including HR Consultant, Commercial Manager, and Controlling Unit Manager, gaining early exposure to HR systems, leadership frameworks, and cross-functional business operations.
