Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Palak Dani Mansotra has joined Dosti Realty as Chief – Brand, Communications & Revenue Officer, marking a significant leadership addition as the organization continues to scale its footprint and strengthen its integrated growth strategy across brand, marketing, and revenue functions.
In this role, Palak will lead the company’s brand positioning, corporate communications, and revenue generation strategy, aligning customer engagement with business growth as Dosti Realty accelerates its expansion across key markets.
Prior to joining Dosti Realty, Palak served as Chief Marketing & Communication Officer & Head – Pre-Sales Revenue at Suraj Estate Developers Limited, where she played a critical role in driving integrated marketing strategies and revenue growth initiatives, strengthening brand visibility and pre-sales performance.
Before that, she held the position of Chief Marketing Communication Officer & Head of Pre-Sales and Revenue Strategy at Runwal Group, where she led end-to-end marketing and revenue strategy, contributing to business growth through strong brand storytelling and customer-centric initiatives.
She spent over seven years with K Raheja Corp as Head of Marketing (Mindspace Business Parks and K Raheja Corp), where she led marketing strategy across commercial real estate portfolios, including ESG-led initiatives and large-scale brand development programs.
Earlier in her career, Palak held leadership roles at Sheth Creators Pvt. Ltd and Sunteck Realty Ltd, where she strengthened marketing and corporate communication functions in the real estate sector.
She also brings strong cross-industry experience from her tenure with Sony SAB, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, and Sahara India, where she built expertise in brand management, channel promotion, and corporate communications in the media and entertainment industry.
With over two decades of experience, Palak brings deep expertise in marketing communications, brand strategy, and revenue leadership, positioning her to drive integrated growth at Dosti Realty.
