Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 – Pankaj Narulla has started a new role as India Head – Broadridge Business Process Outsourcing at Broadridge, marking another significant milestone in his nearly two-decade journey with the organization.
In this expanded leadership role, Pankaj will oversee the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations in India, strengthening operational excellence and driving scalable transformation across global client engagements. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Transformation Officer, Operations, where he led the global operations transformation agenda, championed the Quality Program, and coached Change the Bank (CTB) teams to execute large-scale transformation initiatives focused on operational resilience and first-time accuracy.
Earlier, as Executive Vice President, and previously as Senior Vice President Operations, Pankaj played a pivotal role in building and scaling operations over more than fourteen years, contributing to large-scale transformation programs and strengthening operational governance frameworks. Before joining Broadridge, he served as Manager – Quality and Training at IVY Comptech Pvt. Ltd, and began his professional journey at C&K Management in knowledge and content development roles.
Pankaj holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from IBS Hyderabad.
